Working with these creatures never ceases to amaze! What a wonderful variety in speciation, very similar butterflies but with such a drastic color difference. Whenever people see this display, they cannot believe those are the natural colors! Living on different islands, these three different [but closely related] species have been seperated for thousands of years, allowing adaptation and gene selection [ie. ultimately directed by the mind of God I believe] to bring out these wonderful colors. Set in a very nice carved frame....
