Wings Of The Rainforest

 Here is a pair of HUGE Elephant Rhino beetles from South America. Jet black and displayed as if they were alive, these two would fit in any museum!  The male is a huge, [almost 11 cm!] beetle that ranks as one of the world's heaviest! They are called Elephant beetles because of the large horn protruding from their head. Like most Rhino beetles, females are hornless. Mounted on ancient pine wood from Utah. [ Because of it's size and weight, we cannot ship this item but if you live in the West Florida area, we may be able to deliver it. Cost: $300]
